  2. Hi,

I’m a researcher working with Boundless Productions in London. They are the television production company responsible for shows such as The Apprentice, Grand Designs, Four Rooms and Great British Railway Journeys. I have come across your wonderful blog and hope you might be interested in our
    new TV programme!

We’re currently developing a new cooking series and we’re looking for amateur cooking teams of two to get involved. We want people who have a passion for cooking and in particular would like to show off their self-taught talents and personalities in the kitchen.

The basic idea behind the show is it’s a competition to find the best regional
amateur cooking teams of 2 that will compete against each other through various
different cooking challenges – think ‘Come Dine with Me/The Apprentice’.

It is important that we reach out to as many people in as many different
professions and societies as possible and I was hoping that you might be able
to help me get in touch with others by blogging about our casting call or even
distributing the call to any unknown talents out there you think would be great
for the show, or if not get in touch with me about wanting to apply yourself!

Twitter – Facebook – Please help us spread the word so we can find some great
    passionate foodies!

**PLEASE SEE BELOW THE OFFICIAL CASTING CALL FOR WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

  4. Hi there, I met you on a flight and promised I would check out your blog. Very impressive. I have entertained the idea of doing a food blog for many years and you have given me the inspiration to start.

I hope your interview went well.

  5. Hi, forgive the long time between posts. I left for Hong Kong not too long after I got home from Thailand and only got back a short while ago.

I really love the blog. I love food even better at bargain prices! With the fact that many of the places you have written about are accessible to me. Since, I live near Leeds and have family in Warrington.

Is there anywhere I can contact you without either of us splashing our e-mails publicly? (I hate spam. Actually I don't mind a spam sandwich haha). You were so friendly and I'd love to compare food notes.

Anyway, hope you are well, and that the reboot is suiting you.

    Phil.
